When will my order ship?

Orders will usually ship the next business day unless otherwise stated.  Our shipment tracking page can take up to 48 hours to populate after your order has shipped.  If the number in your shipment info email is 31 digits long, your order was sent via USPS First Class Flat.  This is the same speed as First Class Parcel, but with limited tracking and the shipment tracking page may not populate.  For any questions, please feel free to contact us.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns.  

  • If your item(s) arrive in damaged or defective condition, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.  We will process a replacement item or a full refund.  
  • If you no longer want an item that is in unused condition, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.  We will process a return and refund the price of the item minus shipping costs.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.  Due to shipping regulations, batteries can only be shipped within the continental United States.
