RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We accept domestic returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price minus all shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.  If your item is damaged or defective we will exchange the defective item or refund your purchase price as well shipping costs.  To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at [email protected] or fill out our contact form here.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

We do not accept returns for orders shipped internationally.  We do accept returns/refunds for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged.  In that case we will either provide you with a prepaid return label or a returnless refund where you can keep/dispose of the item.  For questions about this policy please contact us at [email protected] or fill out our contact form here.


SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders twice weekly on Monday and Thursday.  Your order will ship on the Monday or Thursday soonest after your order is confirmed.  Calculated transit times shown during checkout are the estimated time in transit after the order has been shipped from our warehouse, so please take any extra days into account for the total time your order will take to get to you.  All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Manitowoc, Wisconsin (United States).  We no longer offer USPS shipping outside the United States due to continued reliability issues but have options via UPS and FedEx.  DHL can be used on a case-by-case basis due to us having to transport packages a long way to our closest DHL dropoff point.  For any questions, please contact us here.
