Shipping Policy

We will ship your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment. If that standard cannot be met, an Analog Classics team member will contact you promptly. We are not responsible for stolen packages so please ensure you provide us with a safe place to deliver your order. If your order is damaged in transit, please send us ample photo documentation so we can begin the claim process with the shipper.

Refund & Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products or services provided by Analog Classics LLC unless you purchase is DOA. In that case, if you notify us within 3 days of receiving your gear we will process a full refund no later than 3 business days after we receive the returned item in the same physical condition it was sent to you in. All items are sold AS-IS in the condition described in the product page. No warranties of any kind are expressed or implied.
