Blank PCB set for the Gyraf Audio G-Pultec — a modernized, build-friendly take on the Pultec EQP-1A program equalizer. Boards only; no components, tubes, transformers, or hardware included.
The G-Pultec keeps the EQP-1A’s passive LC filter section and makeup gain stage, but replaces the original’s point-to-point wiring and hard-to-source parts with PCB-mounted switches and off-the-shelf components.
Design notes
- No-feedback SRPP makeup gain stage; ECC88 / 6DJ8 / 6922 recommended for lower output impedance
- PCB-mounted rotary switches — standard parts, no custom switch decks
- Additional low-frequency cut/boost positions vs. the original
- Unbalanced input, with provision for an input transformer if you want balanced I/O
- Runs on off-the-shelf power transformers
What you get: only the blank PCBs pictured. Schematics, BOM, and build documentation are published by Gyraf Audio — see the documentation tab and links below.
